This week we are focusing on Air Street in Soho which is currently being redeveloped following the closure of top London clubs Chinawhite, Dolce and Paper in January 2009.
Air Street is just off Regent Street in London’s Soho in the West End, the nearest stations are Piccadilly Circus and Green Park, with national rail stations Charing Cross and Victoria 13 and 25 minutes away. Car parking is available in Brewer Street NCP and Burlington Car Park.
There are some excellent London restaurants here too for lunch or dinner in London - Mar I Terra is a popular Spanish Restaurant and Bar, serving authentic tapas. It’s also great if you want to hire a restaurant for a event, such as a birthday or engagement. You’ll also find The Cocoon here, an award-winning restaurant - owned by the same company that owns Boujis - which as a fabulous menu inspired by the food halls found across Asia, specializing in Sushi and other pan-Asian menu dishes.

Coleen Rooney, wife of Premiership and England footballer Wayne Rooney, gave birth to a baby boy who was named Kai Wayne Rooney at 2:30pm on Wednesday.
The part-time television presenter and WAG’s son was born in Liverpool - the English city where she grew up - at an NHS hospital.
A spokesperson for the celebrity gossipmagazine headline grabbing couple said: “Mother and baby are both absolutely fine. Wayne and Coleen are thrilled with the wonderful addition to their family life.”
It has been widely reported in the London papers that Wayne Rooney plans to have his son Kai’s name tattooed on him - a trend amongst celebrities.
Bookies have already offered odds on whether Kai will follow in his father’s footsteps and make the Championship League but so far the best offer is 66-1. No doubt odds would be shorter if it was a question of playing the London club scene like Calum Best the son of a fellow Manchester United legend!
The oriental influenced night club was host to Champagne drinking celebrities Chelsy Davy, Natalie Imbruglia, Noel Gallagher, Princess Beatrice and Jenni Falconer. The stars and royalty were entertained by contortionist Rubber Ritchie and fire eaters who wore nothing but a thong and black and gold paint.
The celebrity hangout - an institution in the London nightlife scene - was renowned for its luxurious interior and high-profile guests and it looks set to maintain this reputation. Its original site also in Soho, on Air Street, is now part of a new five star hotel being developed by an Arab Consortium who secured the lease from the Crown Estates from late December 2008.
All guests were on their best behaviour, no drunken photographs, very public displays of affection or fashion disasters. Finally a club that has some class!
