Vivienne Westwood's Active Resistance to Propaganda
Directed by Andrew Steggall of The Motion Group, the production brings together a cast of actors and celebrities fresh from box office smash hits, to enact Vivienne’s call for a more cultured society, delivered by 25 characters from literature, art and history including Pinocchio, Aristotle and Alice from Wonderland.
Prior to the performance you are invited to view a special exhibition of unforgettable art inspired by the manifesto, curated by highly acclaimed underground artist Sanja Sakic. Immediately after the performance there will be a short Q&A session with Vivienne Westwood, followed by a champagne reception and an exquisite three course dinner accompanied by live music.
Climate change futurologist James Lovelock, author of The Vanishing Face of Gaia, will also be attending to share his thoughts on what the future holds for the human race – a concern very close to Vivienne’s heart. Guests will have the opportunity to show their support for positive change by learning more about the Prince’s Rainforest Project and the COP 15 conference on climate change.
The evening will conclude with a star-studded VIP afterparty at the HEYJOCLUB in Mayfair, where Vivienne, the star of the night, will be joining us.
A once in a lifetime evening not to be missed.

Even with the fabled excesses of the movie business, it is unheard of for a co-star of a film to spend any money at its after-party event.
But not every actor has the disposable income of American hip hop star 50 Cent, who took bar tabs to a whole new level last Thursday after dropping £75,000 over the bar at the after-party of Dead Man Running at the Alto club in London Soho.
Hundreds of girls tried to get past security and into the VIP area. 50 Cent allowed around 15 of the girls in to sit with him – but left alone at the end of the night.
The 33-year-old rapper hired the entire VIP area for his entourage, friends and film colleagues. And he’s not even the star – being officially billed behind Tamer Hassan, Danny Dyer… and Brenda Blethyn.
A guest at the party said: “When he arrived at the club it was mayhem. The area was cleared for him and security ushered him straight through. On his table were bottles of champagne but he wanted a magnum bottle of Ace Of Spades champagne.
“You could tell that he was loving all the attention as people were trying to take photographs on their phones and were shouting his name.”
Earlier that evening, 50 had been wearing a smarter grey suit as he posed alongside singer Jamelia at the Leicester Square screening as part of the London Film Festival.
London heartthrob Robert Patterson lost a karaoke competition to Hugh Jackman.
The two actors, who will be appearing in the film ‘Unbound Captives’ together, met up in Japan and bonded by staging the sing-off to see who could give the best Abba rendition after a few shots, cocktails and more than likely, Champagne at the bar.
The young star said “It was pretty funny. I think he won, only because he can drink more than me and still sing in tune. He’s a cool guy and I’m really looking forward to that film.”
Based on the reaction we received to the story, Robert Patterson isn’t looking forward to the movie as much as the women in London!
If you would like to sing to Abba and enjoy karaoke like these two movie stars look out for the regular Ultimate Karaoke nights in London hosted by James WJ Wilson. They are usually held at HeyJo Club London on the second Thursday of each month from 7.30pm.
The cast of the new St Trinians film were spotted out in London last night at top VIP club Mahiki on Dover Street in Mayfair.
Sarah Harding of Girls Aloud blazed the trail for her naughty classmates, who included actors Juno Temple and Tamsin Egerton with whom she stars in the upcoming film St Trinians sequel: The Legend Of Fritton Gold.
The girls arrived to much press attention with photographers going wild for the girls who turned up at 1am in London Taxis and left out the back of the nightclub much later, a little worse for wear. Other disobedient pupils included fellow cast members and celebrities Colin Firth, Gemma Atherton, David Tennant and Rupert Everett.
